Talking about AUNT FLO?

Okay, so last night I asked a question on how I could tell my Aunt TIffany that I unexpectedly started my period at her house and I didn't have supplies. SO Last night, I walked out to the living room, where she was reading a book. She asked me what was wrong. So I was like "Okay...this is REALLY embarring, but I just got my period and it's a week early and I don't have any supplies with me." she got really sympathetic and went into her bathroom and got me some of her pads and tampons. SHe asked me if I was having cramps, and I told her yes, really bad ones. She gave me some ibuprofen, but it didn't help at all. They're worse now then they were last night and they've never been this bad before. I almost can't stand up straight. How do I talk to her about this without my unccle and cousins hearing it?????????
