I have an HP DV8327cl Notebook that is giving me the error nvmini.sys then dumps to blue screen of death.?

I cannot get it to boot to safe mode as it does the same thing. Unsure what to do at this point! I want to throw this HP piece of @#)" against my wall and take the insurance hit and get a new one! But I cannot do that. Any help would be appreciated.
