If a professional hypnotist couldn't hypnotise you, does that mean you can never be hypnotised?

I believe some hypnotists are crooks but not all.. some really have a way to use hypnosis also for problem solving.. for taking someone back into their childhood.. if the root cause for depression or a certain mental disorder goes back to that time.. then the only way to solve it may be regression.. this person would have to really have a degree or diploma to be a legitimate hypnotherapist.. not some crook who just does it for larks.. I am sure such a person can bring it about.. and some people are more susceptible to fall into hypnosis than others.. if a person tries to fight against it.. it's harder.. but a well known and specialized hypnotherapist should be able to.. not just a simple ''Hypnotist.. they do it on stage and most of it may be fake... but there are some competent ones.. who really are therapists as well and who know how to help people come to terms with some hurtful event of the past by applying hypnotherapy..
