Infringing upon trademark rights?

How do you fight a multi-million dollar corporation when you are a small business of 8 years? 2 other companies merged in 2003 (combining 2 trademark names) and say we are in violation of their trademark rights since their two names put together equals our current name that we've had for 8 years.
