How much horsepower am I losing?

I have a 1975 Plymouth Duster with a 225 and it has a manifold leak, how much horsepower am I losing from it? And how much horsepower would I gain if I took my catalytic conbertor off? I have a 2" or 2 1/4" exhaust with a magnaflow muffler.
