Shouldn't Paula Abdul sue that guy for ual harment?

On the first or second episode of America Idol(2008) this pervert came on and practically ually hared her and embared her talking about his place and what he'd do with that place on her(censoring things in case kids are reading this). Why didn't she sue him or turn him in for ual harment? She was obviously bothered by it!
