Snake Bite Treatment?

I'm sure herpetologists get bit quite often by non-venomous snakes & Lizards. How do they treat those bites. I have a Tex as Rat Snake that is often inside the house. If I ever get bit by him when I catch & release him again, what should I put on the bite ? I've been using vinegar & ammonia & WD-40
