I am trying to find children of great uncles/aunts.?

They are from Amissville or Jackson, Virginia. They are the grandchildren of Henry and Sallie Togans or Peter and Martha Togans. Their parents would be named Charles Henry Togans, Alfred Togans, Fannie Togans or Ruth Togans. Need information on Emily Thomas Allen also. Any help would be appreciated!!
