How to not turn so red when your really embarred?

Today my biology teacher was talking about farting and he decided to pick on me and said that i'd done one and it was really embarring. He came up to me at the end of the lesson and said sorry i picked on you. My friends said that my face turned really red! How do i makes this go away?
