Good , free cad/cam software?

i want a free cad/ cam software that lets you see the item in 3D its for me to get to grips with the basic software before i buy it as it will be used for custom car bumpers, skirts, etc as i am planning on doing anew set of bumpers for a mk 4 gtd golf with molded skirts
