Finally a BFP after an ectopic but now I'm scared. What are my chances?

I have just this morning had a BFP 4 days late which is amazing as I only had an ectopic recently and was left with onyl one tube. I am over the moon yet sick to my stomach of another Ectopic. Any reurance ladies? x x
