Do hotels have to report bedbugs and are there certian regulations they have to follow when they are found?

I work for a hotel and we have had several complaints about bedbugs over the last few months. The owner, who cares little about the upkeep of this place, goes out and buy fogger to put in the rooms then sells them agian the next day. Doesnt he have to call a terminator an replace furniture in the rooms that were infected and is there someone he supposed to contact about the problem. I am tired of having to deal with the complaints and feel he is not taking the necessary measures in defeating the problem and would like to tell someone of authority of his actions but am not sure if my complaint would make a difference if there are no regulations he has to follow when the bedbugs are discovered.
